Hello. I'd like to start of with asking would any mental health history prevent me from he getting my permit in December when I turn 21? I live in a town right outside of Charlotte, NC. These past few months I have visited a counselor/therapist a few times regarding a death in the family. This is the only history I have of this kind of stuff. I, in no way shape or form, have I come to a conclusion of harming myself or others during this time. Nor have I had thoughts of suicide.
