Company policy says no concealed weapons. Legally, can I carry anyway?

I recently began working for a repo company in the state of Utah. In their employee policies, it says that we as employees are not allowed to carry concealed weapons of any kind while working. Is this legally binding? Obviously I could get fired but that's not what I'm worried about. Can I be sued or find myself in trouble with the law for carrying while working? I work outside, mostly driving around in a truck. Not inside a company owned building. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2MgNuZB
