Applying for VA permit as a VA residence living in UT.

So I’m a Virginia resident residing in Utah right now for school. I know that if I want to apply for a Utah permit I need to have a Virginia permit first. Do the courts in Virginia recognize the concealed carry class that I take in Utah? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2KoFCYR
