Do you feel that a CCL may lend to you getting out of minor traffic incidents? I.e Speeding and that sort of thing?

I was scrolling through the LE portion of this sub. I feel like having a CCL can definitely lead to more respect between the CCL carrier and the officer. And that respect generally translates into a slap on the wrist I would think.Now this is only in the situations where you do everything right in the LE Encounter! I'd love to hear opinions!
