United vs American Airlines travel, loaded mags face down enclosed in foam in Pelican Case....United way better?

United vs American Airlines travel, loaded mags face down enclosed in foam in Pelican Case....United way better?Their American Airlines website does say no loaded mags.or "Clipizines"..from old holdover copy paste from original TSA guidelines way back, but is AA in actual travel still making a point to ask on check in about loaded mags and causing problems? Is United way better/easier? Ideally my Pelican case is setup for empty mags in pistols, but extra mags loaded face down secured in the foam plucked for them....PLUS a couple 50 rd. boxes loaded up in their spot too.I suppose no matter what the best response is "All ammunition is secured properly according to guidelines"Does American go out of way to make you answer direct and have your case inspected?Just looking at flights now, and these are really the only ones from those airports in price range, other than Alaska Airlines (which may have been better if could ship airfreight a rifle with Alaska A, but to this particular AA on their site looks like doesn't take shipments there...............can't find a good box to put rifle box withing a box.........is spray painting a rifle box to block out the gun markings to ship USPS the next best legal option?-I already will have two large checked, a carry on, The Pelican Pistol case to pay extra for prob....so added a 4th if they count it that way for rifle is just too expensive for a move).Def. go with United because easier, more gun friendly overall? Unless it's overbooked that is,..... via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2vMHMt8
