In my experience they both have pros and cons. I just got my first high riding holster and while it felt really weird at first I'm starting to see the benefits.High ride pros: not a lot of gun inside your pants (no pocket blockage/junk poking) easier to bend, stays under your shirt, easy to draw from seated.High ride cons: prints like a mofo. Feels less tight to your body.Low ride Pros: feels really secure. Firearm mostly hidden.
