I am not taking about DTI during a traffic stop, there are clearly defined laws for that, but to you have to notify a cop that you're carrying (assuming you live in a DTI state) if you are not stopped? If you're pumping gas, walking in a parking lot, getting food etc and you walk by or have a conversation with a cop, do you have to disclose that you're carrying?What if they "stop" you to ask you a question?
