I just bought a Springfield XD 4.0 with the intention of it being my carry gun when I get my CCW. The question I have is, would it be legal to change out the sights on it and use it as a carry gun? I've been told you can not change anything in Cali for a carry gun, but I've also been told that it doesn't matter for a simple sight.
