Anyone who has used their CCW in self defense, was there a civil trial?

Anyone who has used their CCW in self defense, was there a civil trial?And if so how was that process and how did it go? I know burden of proof drops to 51% rather than 95% (ish) for a criminal trial so I'm curious. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2waG2aY
