Why is FL the way it is?

Hey all, Happy New Year!Just wondering, why is FL the way it is with guns? What I mean is that we have relatively good gun laws: Can buy private sales with no regulation, CCW is very quick and shall issue, tons of gun culture, easy to buy guns and ammo from FFLs, private places don't carry force of law, can keep in car without permit, etc.BUT: No open carry, lots of prohibited places (airports, colleges, etc), and no constitutional carry. Is this simply due to the fact that Disney/hotels don't want to see guns on the street? Or is it also due to the fact that there are considerable amounts of pretty anti-gun Republicans (Miami, etc)? Or is it something else? Even though I think open carry is silly, it's insane that it isn't a thing in the self proclaimed "gunshine state" via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2Ey8uI8
