I recently acquired my CCW permit for Missouri. I turn 21 in April, at which point I plan to buy a Glock 19. I drive a Chevy Impala that I purchasrd from my father, but it is still registered to him. He has a CCW permit as well. My question is, for the time being, if I am stopped, and do not have a handgun on my person or in my car, should mention my permit? I ask this because my license plate doesn't (I think) have my permit tied to it, but my dad's should show up when they run the plates. I've also heard that many officers believe that having a CCW permit is a responsibility, and think poorly of a permit holder who does not carry. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2rjFKk0
