Hey all, slightly new to travelling with firearms, hopefully all you friendly people might be of assistance.I'm moving next week to Florida from Arizona. I never actually got a conceal carry permit for my handgun as you don't technically require one here. I'm travelling through NM,TX,LA,AL and obviously FL.From what I gather, the safest method of transporting my weapon is locked and unloaded in the trunk. Anyone in any of these states know of any funny laws I should be conscious of?
