Hey guys I'm not sure what this shutdown is, or who it effects, but will it effect my CCW permit being processed? Currently under the Illinois state police website it says my permit is "under review", so my question is will my permit be delayed?I submitted my application on 11/27/17 without fingerprints.Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated! via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2BhtUX9
