It does not come as a surprise that the Democrats are working to go back on an agreement made in 2016 to restore and expand reciprocity agreements. The agreement was struck after the AG, by fiat, removed reciprocity with 25 states.Following that the AGs discretion was removed, all states were recognized, State Police attend gun shows for VOLUNTARY background checks on private sales, and those subject to a PERMANENT 2 year protective order can't have guns (the subject has been able to challenge this in court with counsel).Now after big wins in the state legislature, but thankfully not a majority, they are trying to return it to what it was before with the AG having discretion. As the AG was just re-elected, it's a no-brainer that he'll revoke the reciprocity agreements again.Never mind that since recognition of all permits beginning 7/1/2016 there have been no reported issues.More info here via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2CWBoDS
