Colorado Law Concerning ABV

I am aware this issue varies depending on the state, but what are the exact laws regarding alcohol consumption while carrying in Colorado? If you want further info on carrying in places that serve alcohol check your state laws."So what I am trying to find out is: Is it illegal to even take one sip of alcohol while carrying (0.00 ABV)? Or is it is similar to the driving limit of 0.08 ABV?
