A question about Texas LTC and the municipal court

Can a LTC holder, in the state of Texas, go inside a city municipal court with his concealed firearm and pay a citation? Not in an actual court room but just the lobby area where the help kiosks are located. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2r1IIcJ
