I'm currently recovering from surgery on my shoulder. I'm still in a sling and the repair is still fragile.Does the "fear of great bodily injury" come into effect with someone who is unarmed? If some bozo tried to fight me and I shot him, would that be justified? Seeing as I am defenseless and prone to another injury requiring surgery at this point in my recovery.I'm in KS if that makes a difference.I'm not planning on getting into a confrontation.
