Do any of you shoot revolvers more accurately than pistols?

I consistently shoot my 2 1/4" barrel Ruger SP101 more accurately than my M&P shield 9mm. It's strange because I shoot my M&P shield more often, since it's my concealed carry gun.Is it common? Do any of you have similar experiences? Any idea why it may be? It's obviously not the gun, since other people can shoot compact 9mm pistols very accurately. For reference, I'm talking about approximately 3-4" groups at 10 yards with the M&P versus 1-2" groups with the SP101. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2oJxBzt
