So we can see the public unveiling of the XDe, the first real subcompact single stack DA/SA...and it's incredibly underwhelming. That bore axis is just ridiculous, and a safety on a DA/SA carry gun just feels unnecessary, IMO. You can just see from the promo video here how big that recoil impulse is.
