Alien Gear holster troubleshooting

I just bought an Alien Gear Cloak Tuck 3.0 IWB for my CZ 75 Compact. The holster is very comfortable, but I have a problem that I haven't been able to fix on my own.The holster came from the factory with medium sized rubber bumpers between the hard plastic shell and the 'alien' part of the holster, and the gun moved around inside the holster a lot, which disabled the safety while the gun was holstered. I swapped the rubber bumpers out with smaller ones that came with the holster which reduced the play significantly, but normal use is still disabling the safety on my gun. I tightened everything down to the point that it's difficult to get the gun in and out of the holster, but it's still flipping the safety off. This is my first CZ, so I'm open to the possibility that there's operator error involved. The safety is a little mushy compared to the 1911s I'm used to, but the gun is factory new so I'm assuming it's working as intended. Safe is safe and fire fires, and I've never detail stripped that part of the gun, so I don't think there's an issue there.I'd really like to make this holster work because I like the way it feels, but I'm out of ideas to try to make it work the way I want it to. I mentioned that I'm more familiar with 1911s, so "cocked and locked" is the way I'd like to carry. I would really appreciate any help you all could give me. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2ozvcqY
