So as I looked around for an online CCW class in Ohio (you can complete a portion online, then go in for the live fire part), I found a site selling basically a course that qualifies as a certificate you can send to VA for a non-resident permit, which is honored in Ohio.But then I looked and found that VA non-resident permits are taking like 3 months to come in.Is there any quicker way?
