I just got my permit to carry in Iowa. I plan to purchase the Ruger LC9s version that has fiber optic sights built in. Is this cost effective, or should I purchase the base model and put the fiber optic sights on after? I am also planning on getting the SmartCarry or Tactipac Elite.
