Are the Federal 150 grain HST "micro" suitable and/or even good for full size 4"-5" barrels?

I had heard people recommending the 124 grain HST, but when I was at the store recently all they had was the 150 grain micro. I passed on getting them but figured I'd ask about them in duty length barrels. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2tP9qlN
