I watched this video and started thinking about a backup firearm, something along the lines of a Bond Arms 2 shot derringer. As of now I open carry with a retention holster (XD-S 45 with a Safariland 578 while my new Shield 9MM is out for warranty, it wont disassemble) while I wait for my CCW but this video made me ponder a few things and I wondered what others thought.Let me start by saying I understand the guy carrying that way is an utter moron but what if someone got a hold of your primary weapon? What do you think the proper reaction would be if he had a backup as I described?
