I picked up a Ruger SR9c today as a replacement for my 1911. I've wanted something smaller and lighter for a while and this little outsider caught me and my wallet off-guard. Long story short I think this gun was made for my hands. So now I need a whole new set of holsters. I picked up a Blackhawk Serpa as my retention option since you can't really go wrong with those. I'll probably also buy a SG FLEX OWB since I love the one I have for my 1911. This leaves me with the IWB and I can't decide.I don't often carry IWB as I find it uncomfortable with the 1911. However I've only had an AG Cloak (or Tuck?) to try with so maybe that hasn't been the best experience. When I IWB carry I want to gun to disappear. The only times I'll probably do that are when I wear a suit or maybe in the summer when I wear shorts and a T-shirt. It needs to stay nice and close to my body so that I don't print in the wrong places. I don't think I'd like to AIWB as I sit a lot for work and I can't see it not getting in the way of a seatbelt in the car.So far I've been looking at Stealth Gear's IWB mini and the Crossbreed Supertuck. I haven't seen many others that offer such a good build (which you pay for!). I think I want a kydex shell since leather tends to suffer from sweat and loses its shape over time. The question is which holster? Why do you recommend the one you're touting and what are your experiences with it? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2o0vHgr
