Hey everyone, hope this is an alright place to ask this. I've recently turned 21 and will be applying for my LTCF here shortly. I've been looking around for pistols and I really like how the Glock 19 shoots and feels. My dilemma though is my grandfather recently picked up a new carry gun and offered to sell me his Shield .40 with a manual safety for $300. He rarely fired it, I think he may have ran <100 rounds through it. My question is, do you think it would be cost beneficial to purchase this from him and use it as a trade in on the Glock 19? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2lqD8dp
