I just turned 19, and as of the 1st of January that is the legal age to carry in MO. After consulting with my attorney and verifying that I am of legal age to own, posses and carry, I began my search for a handgun. Problem? I've contacted 2 people online so far, both of whom are concerned about selling to a 19 year old in a private party transfer because they're not familiar with the law - a perfectly valid reason.
