Who should I seek legal advice from?

So I have an Arkansas concealed carry permit but open carry is legal here. Can't cite the law right now but our AG released her opinion that open carry is legal. Does my concealed carry permit mean I cannot carry openly because I have the permit or can I carry either way?My post is mostly to ask if anyone knows who I can get a positive legal answer on?
