StealthGearUSA customer service


Sooo... I ordered a product from SGUSA a while back, received it, tried it out, decided it wasn't for me and returned it (along with the return form). Tracking shows it was received on 12/12. It is now 12/29 and I have heard nothing back nor have I received my refund.I tried calling but the person (!) who handles returns was not available on the 23rd. The CS rep I spoke to supposedly sent him an email to take a look at my order status. I then tried calling the last few days and am kicked over to voicemail after holding for the return agent. I've left a message but still have yet to hear anything. Has anyone else experienced this recently? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2hRPF79
