I am a PA resident and I like to make it a point not to leave the house without carrying because you never know what will happen. Being right near Delaware, I travel to the state a fair amount and visit the beach there in the summer. I know PA does not currently have reciprocity with DE but Florida does. Florida also issues non resident permits. I'm debating getting a Florida license as well so I can carry in Delaware. I'm a strong believer in being judged by 12 instead of carried by 6 so I'm most likely going to do it. I just wanted to hear what your experiences with reciprocity are.
