So until 2015 I was an Illinois resident when I then moved to Springfield MO. I had my Ill FOID and CCW cards. For Christmas my dad bought me a S&W M&P Shield in 40 Cal. We always talked about wanting my EDC attached to my name. He was told we could go online to a transfer approval form with my FOID card number. My question is how valid would that be with me now being a MO resident. Or would you guys recommend we go to an FFL and do an official transfer that way? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2ivn4o7
