Let's Talk Exercise


Good afternoon everyone. Today I did something that I've been putting off and putting off, and that's joining a gym. Good fitness should be a goal for everyone, but I'm curious what my fellow CCWers do for a workout to keep your body in decent shape but also stay prepared physically in case of a DGU. I don't have time for martial arts classes or anything like that, so I'm going for a general physical fitness with looking to get back into weights after a very long time away. I was thinking of using my state's police academy fitness requirements as a guideline, but I'm open to suggestions and tips. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2iiu4Ic
