Hi everyone, I am a 20 year old VA resident. I will be 21 at the end of February. I have a very solid knowledge of firearms, laws, safety etc. I've done multiple "lessons" with family members who are either retired law enforcement or current law enforcement.I feel like it is time for me to purchase my firearm (handgun) and get my CCW.I am interested in taking the certification course from http://ift.tt/2hRk70U I have to be 21 for this certification to be valid when I apply for my CHP?
