For what its worth, I do like their holsters, and that's the only reason I'm still trying to get what I ordered.Timeline:Nov 14 - Ordered IWB Standard for P320 at full priceNov 17 - 15%off sale started, called and cancelled the first order, reordered at the reduced price.Dec 2 - Received my package. IWB Mini in a much darker than advertised color (Ordered FDE)Dec 3 - Submitted a ticket on their website. Tried calling, but no answer. Was told that I would be called on MondayDec 6 - Never received a call. Sent another message that I still havent been contactedDec 7 - Got a message back. Was told to "be patient". Told to email warranties. Sent email to warranties explaining the situation.Dec 12 - Sent another message, have not received any contact, from any department. Told to "be patient"And here we are, Dec 17, I still have the wrong holster, still haven't been in contact with anyone, still haven't been refunded the money from the first order. Have tried calling multiple times, haven't gotten anywhere with anyone. I'm at my wits end honestly. I just want this resolved.
