Is there reliable data comparing semi auto vs revolver malfunctions during CCW incidents?

Do we have data showing the number of malfunctions by semi autos vs revolvers in CCW incidents where the trigger was pulled?I assume the semi autos far outweigh revolvers by volume of incidents but if we look at the ratio of failure we could glean something from it no?Its hard to get reliable data though.
