What are some good carry styles/holsters for use while in a wheelchair?

To make a long story short I'm stuck in a wheelchair for quite a while and since I'm now a bit more defenseless it's lit a fire under my ass to get my CCW permit (I live in a shall issue state. I've just been too lazy and cheap to go to the courthouse and file). I'm wondering what some experienced carriers would suggest I use as a carry style and holster option. The chair's armrests make getting to my waistband a pain hard and it would be a very slow draw. I looked at shoulder holsters but that would only work if I'm wearing a jacket.I plan on carrying my Ruger LCP II not a full size so I figure it's small size should give me more carry options.
