Was doing some research before buying a stun gun and apparently they aren't reliable because they don't actually paralyze them, they just hurt really bad, but that was about 2-3 years agoAre stun guns now more reliable? If I went for the throat/groin instead of jamming it in the chest, what difference would it makeThis is the one im planning to buy btw http://ift.tt/2xugbfj: also I saw a comment some where that said to remove the 2 pointy screws at the top end because it allows more electricity to pass into the body or something? Is this true via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2wNcZOH
