[Washington] Change of address for a non-resident permit

Hey folks,I live in the Portland (OR) area and have my resident CHL through Oregon and my non-resident CPL from Washington. In a few days I'm moving to eastern Oregon. I know I'm going need to transfer my Oregon license to my new county of residence but what about my Washington license? I'm unable to find anything online from any government agency in Washington which tells me what to do.Do I update the county that issued my current CPL (Clark Co.) of my change of address?Do I just apply for a new permit altogether in one of the Washington counties close to my new home?Thanks. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2wrdNqN
