Hey guys Just a quick question I haven't been able to figure out online so I just moved away from Utah to Georgia due to work and I'm getting a Georgia concealed carry permit but I was wondering if I could change the address on my Utah permit to a Georgia address and maintain both licenses. I know Utah offers non-resident permits but when I got my license in Utah I was a resident so I wanted to check if I can change the address on a resident permit to a non-resident address?
