Here's the scenario:Carrying iwb while driving. Get in traffic accident for which police will arrive. I live in a duty to inform state.I would prefer to keep my firearm on me for the interaction with the other driver. (Who knows what kind of state they're in or if they'll be violent.)Duty to inform applies at "first contact" with law enforcement, so I'm assuming I need to inform the officer as soon as he arrives. Correct? Even if im not being "stopped" by the officer?Would it be better to leave the firearm in my vehicle?(Of course if the other driver is obviously a threat, I never leave the vehicle in the first place.)Thanks! via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2o04YA1
