I've put about 2000 rounds through my VP9 and really like the gun but I'd like something smaller to carry. I'm left handed and the VP9 is the first handgun I've owned but I tried several out (S&W MMP, XD 9mm, XD 40, XDS, Glock 19, and a Sig Sauer P320 Full Size) a year ago.
