So I was dropping a book off at one of my local county libraries and happened to notice it has a no guns sign at the entrance. I was surprised to say the least seeing as it's a public property. Signs don't carry the force of law in PA anyway so I don't usually look out for them but is this even legal? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2gQZEt0
