Hello all, I do have a hypothetical situation which I would like your input on.A hostile party has threatened you and is advancing you. You have warned them verbally to stay back and that you are carrying, with your hand on the CW but not yet drawn, but they continue to advance. You draw and warn them again to no avail. Would there be a problem or legal repercussions with firing a warning shot?I have not taken any classes nor have any weapons that require classes, so I do apologize if this is covered in those classes. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2cpOryZ
