For those in KY, it seems that the online process is much faster than the paper route. I submitted this morning at around 9:30AM and just got my notification of being approved at 11:40AM. It will be available for pickup at my local sheriff's office by October 10th. Never thought it would go that fast. Great to see :) via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2mIxokm
