I live in a stand your ground state and I was just thinking about this randomly: If i were somewhere like a gas station and someone comes up to me wanting to start a problem and for example lifts up their shirt, revealing a gun, what would be the law for drawing and possibly firing right then and there? I would assume that would count as a fear for my life and would be justified? In that situation as much as I wouldn’t want to fire, I do believe that I would because I’m definitely not going to let said person do so first. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/31V0UC1
