Carrying and work?

Hey ccw friends!Every workplace I have worked at doesn't allow for carry at work. And if you do, it's automatic termination.My workplace is nice enough that we have armed police on site during the day, but I work nights. And even though I'm in a nice neighborhood, I worry about getting attacked on my way to my car (where I usually store my weapon while at work).In my state it's not illegal to have a gun at work, or anywhere with "no gun" signs. The law doesn't recognize those signs at all. However, I don't want to risk getting fired over having a gun at work. How do you guys handle this kind of stuff?
