What would you do in a situation if someone pointed a gun at you at the shooting range?

I'm hoping to go to the range in a month to try out handguns and hopefully find one I like and then buy when I turn 21 in a few months. I was researching shooting ranges and saw one review that mentioned a group of young adults were horse playing and one of the them pointed the gun right at the reviewer's face. Of course he gave a 1 star out of 5 star on google because of the lack of security and care from staffs at that range.
