Ideas for dealing with a back injury?

I just had a "spinal stimulator" put into my back, it's a unit the size of a pacemaker or a bit larger that's put in the upper part of a buttock, with wire leads going up the spinal column. I'm still learning to get the best out of it, but it's been a tremendous help. The problem is that all the instructional/descriptive literature showed it placed below the belt in the weak-side buttock. When I woke up from surgery, to my dismay I discovered that the surgeon had put mine at 4 o'clock at belt level (unless I dress like Erkel). I can forget IWB from 3 o'clock to 5 o'clock. OWB with a decent paddle holster will work in cold weather. Now I carry an XD/M Compact, AIWB, but keeping the belt tight enough that it's well hidden gets painful quickly.I'd hate to got back to pocket carry of my LC9 as I don't shoot it as well. Any ideas? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2J1fOA1
