Emergency whistle bracelet

I’m reaching out for advice on a product + app I want to create to alert against attacks, sexual assault, and other harmful situations.

A metal bracelet with an emergency whistle embedded into it. When blown you can provide 120-150db loud noise.

The app (running in the background of your phone) will hear this high decibel noise and send an alert to your selected emergency contacts. And possibly alert others with the app in a 300 ft radius also.

Would this be useful? Is making a loud whistle noise a good idea when being attacked? Many times you don’t have your phone in your hand! It’s in your purse, on the bedside table, in the other room if you're showering. This would be a way to alert it.
