Need an advice on self defense from aggressive neighbor (M, 23), who is my (M, 23) cousin.

So, basically, he has some terrible history with drugs and suicide attempts. He is regular guest in psycho clinic.

He has attacked me two times and both ended with tolerable injuries, before I managed to slow him down and relax.
